1. Take photos one discipline at a time to save time. For example, snap all "plumbing" photos together. Then snap all "electrical" photos. The last tag used will automatically apply to all following photos. After tagging the first photo, tap Remember these selections to use those assigned tag values to all following photos.

  2. When trying to locate specific photos, use the filter options or the search bar. Remember that all of the information associated with the photos is searchable - including address, date, project, user, comments and annotations.

  3. Adding comments and annotations as more context to the photo, will create value downstream. For example, if you type “window” into a comment or annotation, that keyword will be embedded into the photo. Later on, you can type “window” into the search bar on the mobile app and web portal to find all photos containing that keyword.
