1. Turn on automatic updating for Apple's App Store or the Google Play Store so your FotoIN app is always up to date.

  2. Make sure an email account is set-up on your mobile device in order to send Feedback requests, photos, reports, etc. from the FotoIN app. When sending feedback, remember to include a description of the issue(s) you are experiencing.

  3. Make sure to download the FotoIN app to your mobile device(s) before clicking the 'Join FotoIN' link from the invitation email sent by the account admin.
