Yes you can. In capture mode (camera), there is an option in the bottom right to review & edit a photo after captured. Swipe Review & Edit left to turn off (turns grey). In off mode, you will be able to take continuou photos without any interruptions.
In the top toolbar, tap on the address/project name and you will have the option to choose between nearby projects or type in a new project name/address. When finished, tap Save in the bottom right.
Yes they will. To change the project name at any time, tap on the project name in capture mode or in edit mode.
When viewing the photo in ‘Edit Mode’, tap on the arrow underneath the project name to view key information for that photo. From here, you can toggle between nearby projects and select the correct one.
To edit the address populated for your photo tap on the project name above the photo to open the key information. Then tap into the address field and type the correct address for your project.
Tap anywhere on the photo and a text field will open for you to type into. Hold down on the annotation to move it around the photo and double tap on the annotation to edit, copy or delete it.
TIP: We are currently working on adding drawing capabilities to the ‘Mark Up’ feature in the bottom toolbar.Tap on Comment at the bottom and type in the necessary information for that photo. Remember: All information, including comments, associated with your photos is searchable.
Tap on the Tag icon at the bottom. Choose the category you would like to select from and tap on the appropriate tag values for the photo.
If you have required tags setup, the tag menu will appear after you capture a photo, and you will select tag values from the required tag categories (designated by an asterisque).
Yes you can. When viewing a photo that you have taken, tap on Tag at the bottom and then tap on the red X to the right of the unnecessary tag(s).
For mobile users with upload/download permissions, they will only be able to edit photos that they have captured.Yes! There is an option within the tags pop-over to remember your selections.
For required tags: Snap the first photo and the tag menu will appear. Select the appropriate values from the required category(s). Then, swipe Remember Tag Selections to save those values for the next photos to be captured.
From the Edit Screen: To add/remove tag selections, tap Tag and swipe Update Remembered Tags to save any changes for the next photos to be captured.
To apply tags to multiple photos:
On iPhones and iPads: Swipe left on the photo or, when viewing the Gallery, tap on the checkmark in the top right. Select the photos you would like to remove and then tap on the trash icon at the top.
On Android devices: Long hold on the photo you would like to delete in the Gallery. Then, choose to delete multiple by tapping on the rest of the photos you would like to delete.
Tip: Make sure your photos have synced to your storage provider and the Web Portal before deleting them from your mobile device.There are three possible options:
Iphones and iPads: When viewing the gallery tap on the checkmark icon at the top. Select the photos you would like to share and then tap on the mail icon in the top right. Type in the email addresses of the desired recipients and tap Send when you are ready to share.
Android: Long hold on the first photo you would like to send. Once the photo is highlighted, tap on the rest of the desired photos and tap on the mail icon to send.

From the Gallery:
Yes you can. When viewing the specific photo, tap on the menu in the top right. From the list of options, select Preview PDF. Type in the recipient(s) email address(s) and then tap Send in the top right.

Select the photo you would like to email and open the More Menu. Tap Email Photo and enter in as many recipients as you would like.
Tip: Make sure you have an email account set-up on your mobile device before attempting to email a photo.Once you sync all of your photos from the mobile app, you can then delete them on your mobile device.
For iPhones and iPads: Swipe left on a single photo within the gallery to delete it. Or tap the Select option to delete many at once.

Yes, you can select multiple photos at a time to add to a report.
On iPhone or iPad: Select many from the 10-photo preview or select many from the Gallery.
On Android devices: Long hold on the first photo you'd like to add and the option to select more will appear. Make sure that you’ve selected Images from the left side menu of sources of photos.
Tip: If the photos were captured on your device, remember to make sure they are downloaded before adding them to the report.
Once you ‘Finish & Upload’ a report from the FotoIN mobile app, you can only access that report from your storage provider and the web portal, it will no longer be accessible on the mobile device.
However, you can export uploaded reports to Word documents from the web portal under the Reports tab and then edit the the content.
We are working on adding more functionality to the FotoIN reports during the first half of 2016.
